LARC wants to identify how the LARC partners and other cultural organisations could save money and/or operate more effectively by sharing services across all operational areas, for example, IT, staff development and building management.

The consultant/s will be required to undertake a scoping exercise to ascertain current levels of shared services and to identify interest and capacity to increase shared services both within and beyond LARC, as well as providing advice on the potential benefits and pitfalls of this approach. On completion of the research and consultation stage, the consultant/s will be expected to develop a set of achievable proposals to pilot shared services.
