PALACE THEATRE AND OPERA HOUSE MANCHESTER
which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays.The majority of shifts will be 5 days out of 6 working afternoons and evenings.
Required -
•An interest in promoting theatre - you really need to know your musicals, ballet and opera and how to sell them.
•Knowledge in the art of selling our wide ranging services and products as well as theatre tickets. You need to have a business head to compliment your artistic side!
•Customer Care skills that will make you stand out as a representative of the venue, the company and live theatre.
•Team working qualities and a mature and focused approach to the work environment. There is a lot more to this role than you would think!
•Confidence in working with technology - we use up to 5 pieces of software at once.
•The ability to retain information – we are the principle outlet for 3 theatres but sell for more than 200 other venues.
